About Espoir
Espoir Ngabo is running for U.S. Congress in Texas’s 7th District to bring practical, accountable leadership to one of the most diverse and hard-working communities in the country.
Espoir built his career in information technology—working across global companies like BrandSafway, Entegris, and Kapsch Group. Over nearly a decade, he has supported the systems that businesses and workers rely on every day—solving problems, maintaining critical infrastructure, and ensuring operations run smoothly behind the scenes.
That experience has given him a clear understanding of how modern systems are designed—who they serve, and where they fall short. Espoir has seen firsthand how decisions made at the top impact workers, families, and entire communities. Too often, those systems are optimized for efficiency and profit, while everyday people are left to absorb the risks when things go wrong.
Now serving as a Regional IT Analyst at BrandSafway, Espoir works at the intersection of technology, infrastructure, and real-world impact. He understands that when systems fail—whether it’s a network outage, a supply chain disruption, or a flooded neighborhood—it’s working people who pay the price.
Based in Houston and deeply connected to communities across Alief, Sharpstown, Gulfton, and beyond, Espoir is running to deliver real solutions for TX-7:
Lower costs and greater economic security for working families
Modern, resilient infrastructure, including stronger flood protection and reliable public transit
Election reform that puts voters first, reducing the influence of money in politics
But more than any single policy, Espoir is running to change who government works for. He believes our economy and our institutions should be built to serve the many—not just the well-connected and well-resourced.
In a district often treated as a political battleground, Espoir is building something different: a campaign rooted in participation, transparency, and accountability—where everyday people have a real voice in shaping the future.
Espoir believes democracy is not a spectator sport. It’s something we build together—and it should deliver for the people who keep our communities running every day.
We don't need corporate millions.
We need you.
